What if I stain or damage my rental?

Dry cleaning is included in the rental price.  Please do not attempt to clean the item yourself, as certain fabrics require specialist care, which is handled by our expert dry cleaning partners. If your rental becomes stained or damaged, you must to let us know as soon as possible.  

It is imperative that the item is returned in the same condition as given and the borrower is liable for all damage costs. Any repair costs will be charged accordingly, as mentioned in the damage fees section of our terms and conditions. 

In the event that an item is beyond repair, you will be charged for the full retail value, as mentioned in the damage fees section of our terms and conditions. 

You should not iron, use safety pins or sticky tape that will incur damage to garments. You should also ensure that all forms of fake tan are completely dry before wearing your rental and refrain from spraying perfume directly onto the item which could lead to discoloration.
