What is the cost?

Rental prices

Each item is priced individually, based on the retail price. 

Our rental periods are 4 and 8 days and prices increase accordingly.

Delivery & Returns

DPD delivery and returns are an additional flat rate cost of €20 in total. This will be added at check-out. When returning simply place your rental back in the original packaging (box and mailer bag) and attach the return label included with a your delivery and drop to your nearest DPD drop-off point by 1pm.

Care & Cleaning

Dry cleaning is always included in your rental so you can simply wear, enjoy, and return. Please don’t attempt to clean the item yourself, as certain fabrics require specialist care. Our expert dry cleaning partners will handle it! 

If your rental becomes stained or damaged, please let us know as soon as possible so we can take care of it right away. Any repair costs will be charged accordingly. In the rare case that an item is beyond repair, the full retail value will be charged.

Late Returns 

Please return your item on the last day of your rental so we can have it dry-cleaned and ready for the next renter. Late returns incur a €30 fee for the first day, and €50 per day after that.

Loss of Rental

In the event of an outright loss of a rental, you will be charged the full retail price. 

Cancellation Terms and Fees

Cancelling last minute means we cannot rent the item to someone else so a full fee will be charged. 

Cancellations more than 7 days in advance are fully refundable.

Cancellations made within 7 calendar days of the rental start date are non-refundable.

For rentals booked within 48 hours of the start date:

- Cancellations made within 2 hours of booking are fully refundable.

- Cancellations made more than 2 hours after booking are non-refundable
