Delivery Method

Select a delivery date at least 1-2 days prior to your event date. It will be sent so it arrives to you on or before your selected date.

All deliveries and returns are managed by DPD and a flat €20 fee will be added at checkout.

EXAMPLE: Pickups are between 3pm and 5pm at [Your Address}.

Our try on at home service allows you to try on from the comfort of your home for a very short period of time.

The fee is €15 for try on and €20 return tracked postage (postage is added at checkout). The try on fee of €15 is redeemable if you book the dress.

*Return postage is not redeemable.

Please note that our dresses may be hired out or at the dry cleaners so we cannot guarantee to have your requested dress available. The service is available for two dresses at a time only.

How it works

  • Browse our collection and choose the dress you would like to try.
  • Contact us at hey@musedressrental to check availability of your chosen dress for your try on.
  • We will send you a link to book the try on, where you will need to complete details for your delivery address and pay the fee and return postage.
  • Your chosen dress will arrive to your delivery address for you to try on.
  • You must return the dress by 10am the next day and send us the tracking number.
  • If you decide to book the dress, get in touch as soon as you try on at hey@musedressrental.ie and we will send you a discount code for €15 off the dress (redeemable try on fee for dresses booked). You can then book in your dress online.

 *Please note we are unable to keep dresses on hold. If you have booked to try on a dress, we cannot reserve that dress for the date of your event. To reserve a dress, full payment must be made.

*Please do not try on with fake tan, or makeup. Please do not spray perfume or use tape or pins. If the dress comes back stained, we will have to charge for full rental price of 4 days.

*There is no refund for try ons once the dress has been posted.
